Our Third Little Miracle!

Due Date was : August 29th, 2007

Planned C-Section date was: August 22nd, 2007

Actual C-Section date was: August 20th, 2007

Feb 9th 2007: We had our first our first appointment today.  Everything seems to be going well and we hear the heartbeat. We also had an ultrasound done to confirm the Due Date of Aug 29th and we were right on.

Mach 5th 2007: Today was our second appointment.  All was great!!! Ultrasound was set for April 6th.

April 6th 2007: It's a BOY!!! Today was the big ultrasound.  It was very exciting to find out that we will be having a little boy.  We will find out the date of the c-section at our next appointment.  Tina's BP is doing awesome!!!!

May 1st 2007: Had our 24 week appointment today and things are going great.  BP is nice and low at 122/64 and only 3lb gain.  Tina is at about 8 lb gain so far.  Little man is doing great and his heart rate was in 150's.  Praying to stay on this great course.

May 10th 2007: C-section date has been set for August 22nd.  We do ask that all non immediate family (non parents or siblings) wait till the following day to visit.  The girls will be the first ones besides Joel and I to meet this little guy.  So even immediate family is asked to wait to get a phone call before coming up to visit.  Tina will be released from the hospital on the Saturday morning assuming all goes well!!!

June 4th 2007: Had our 28 week appointment today!!!  Little man is doing great...gained 6 lbs this month.  That brings the total so far up to 14lbs.  Not too worried for now.  Tina's BP was 120/60 so that is looking great and is much lower at this point than with both girls. We start going to the docs now every two weeks.  Only 11 more weeks and 2 days till he's here in our arms!!!

Aug 1st 2007:  Wow where has the time gone? Tina has had quite a few appointments in the last 2 months and everything is going very well.  Her BP has been in the 110's/60's.  Other than some hip pain things are great.  Only 3 more weeks left. We can not wait to welcome this little guy into the world.  We will be taking the laptop with us and hope to post a picture or two within the first couple of days!!!

Aug 6th 2007: Tina's BP jumped from 106/68 last Thursday to 140/82 today. She has also been having near fainting spells too. The doc almost sent her to OB triage because she was rather concerned. But instead we set up a plan of attack. Tina has to go in for Bi weekly NST's (Non stress test) and weekly AFI's (Amniotic Fluid index checks). She also needs to take her BP 2-3 times a day to make sure we don't see even more of a rise. This is all nothing new for us since we had to do this for almost 5 weeks with Allie. She is also on restricted bedrest. Which means she can still do a few things but for the most part belongs in bed or on the couch.

Aug 7th 2007:  Well we had our first AFI and NST.  Things looked great and BP was totally behaving.  He is still 100% a he!!! We also got two great face pictures.
